Who is Dr. Abdelrahman Tawfik?
Dr. Abdelrahman Tawfik is a distinguished dentist and educator, specializing in microscopic and aesthetic dentistry. He graduated from Mansoura University – Faculty of Dentistry (2007) and earned a Diploma in Endodontics (2010). Always pursuing excellence, he completed a 2-year clinical program in Implant & Soft Tissue (2021) and a Family Dentistry Fellowship (2016) in Cairo.
From early in his career, Dr. Tawfik was driven by precision and innovation. He became the first dentist in Egypt to pioneer microscopic dentistry, allowing treatments with unparalleled accuracy and minimal invasiveness. Alongside his clinical work, he has a passion for education, founding the Tomorrow Tooth Academy — the first dental training center in the Middle East fully dedicated to microscopic dentistry and Bioclear techniques.
Perfectionist by nature, Dr. Tawfik views dentistry as more than treatment; it is a harmony of functionality and aesthetics. His mission is to deliver complete care that combines health, precision, and natural beauty for every smile.

What does treating under a microscope change for me?
The microscope magnifies the tooth many times over, so decay, cracks and margins are seen clearly. That means less healthy tooth is removed and restorations fit more precisely.
What is Bioclear?
A method for rebuilding and reshaping teeth with injected composite and clear matrices, often without drilling healthy tooth. It can close gaps, fix black triangles and restore broken teeth in one visit.
I live abroad. Can I finish treatment in a short visit?
Yes. Many of our patients fly in from the Gulf, Europe and the USA. We plan the case before you arrive and group the steps into a few focused days.
